I am going fishing this weekend up close to the Adirondacks on a private pond with lots of cover, weeds, fallen logs etc…

For health purposes, these foods can no longer be eaten. It is overwhelming, but it can be simple to construct a menu. Since I am still in shock, I can not seem to get it together to make a menu/recipes. Would you please help? Thank you.

I have a piece of thread-fin fillet frozen and i’m dying for ceviche. So i’m wondering whether I can use that piece cos it seems like every recipe prefers sea bass, snapper, tilapia, etc but none mentioned thread-fin fish.

Ive been out ice fishing a couple of times on this pond that has bass, perch and trout. I catch some trout every now and then, and the perch are almost a nuisance. Im really trying to catch the bass, but its very slow. anyone have any tips?

Can any one give me some good tips and tricks to catch them? bate,hooks,times,places.
I live about 30 meters away from where the welsh record was cort, I have been trying for years to catch one but all I have cort was mackerel,flat fish and pollock. Even know Im 13 I still very determined to catch one!

since i can’t find anything that fits the bill for a WHOLE 18 inch Large Mouth Bass.. i thought id make one up and i would appreciate your thoughts and help

so what if i melt some butter in a pan with oregano and thyme and rub the fish down with it inside and out, throw some salt and pepper on it, then stuff the insides with cubed bell peppers, ringed onions, and a decent amount of choped garlic, and half inch cubed potatoes. then add some butter to all of it and wrap it in foil

i have no idea what temp or cooking time.. im thinking 390 or 35 mins or so.., or any ideas on other herbs and spices that might help or work better?

guess i should say how it came out, i ran the recipe by my mom, but she wanted to use olive oil instead of butter .. everything came out good tho, i broiled the fish for 5 mins in the end to crisp the veggs up. twas really tasty
