any easy recipe’s for sea bass?

i fish a lot and have been giving the odd fish to friend’s & family now i hear bass are one of the best eating fish around, i rarely kill the fish i get but i would like to try one myself.
in anticipation of your help i thank you. john limerick.
I just cut off the head, gut it, stuff the incision with lemon slices and garlic (lots) and some fresh herbs. Rub a little olive oil on, wrap in foil and bake about twenty minutes… yum.
fillet the fish, put in foil, add green onion old bay seasoning and ranch dressing just enough to cover the fish close the foil then broil BBQ or bake happy munchin gaffings girl
